What we did
The campaign strategy for “We’ve Got You Covered” was a result of qualitative and quantitative research amongst 25 to 34 year olds. We identified that this audience, who are online 24/7, is taking more control over both their physical and mental health. However, the cost of Private Hospital Health Insurance, day to day medical expenses and a lack of access to relevant health care professionals is hindering that desire they have for more support and confidence in that control of their health.
Healthcare communications is well known for its heavy, somewhat flat detail. Therefore for this campaign, we used humour and bright fluorescent characters to cut through the clutter on people’s smartphone screens.
From overdoing it at a festival through to self diagnosing with Dr. Internet we set about creating a suite of 8 different animated scenarios each highlighting one of the many key benefits of VIGO Health. The campaign includes a full suite of digital and video assets that ran across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Google channels.
