We analysed how our audience use digital channels to research and the information they search for when becoming a parent for the first time. We conducted interviews to explore their emotions, fears and hopes about being a parent. We considered all aspects of the platform with a website at the centre, and working Social Media, eCRM, Print, Outdoor and Radio into the context so that everything works together.
