Junior Designer / Art Director

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior Designer/Art Director to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year studio experience and a promising portfolio of both personal and professional work showcasing their creativity and design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior designers and art directors to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for various projects.
• Assist in the creation of digital and print designs, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, social media assets, and website layouts.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences, and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring consistency in brand identity and adherence to project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing insights, feedback, and constructive criticism.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional studio experience working in an advertising agency, design studio, or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and problem-solving.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
• Any Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation would be a bonus.
